Guest Services Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Cool Springs/Franklin, TN (Cool Springs store, with optional hours at Nashville and Mt. Juliet locations). Part‑time: 10–25 hours per week.

Shifts: Varies, with weekend availability required. Closing duties on weekends required (6 PM Friday, 5 PM Saturday). Ability to work peak hours as determined by the bar.

• Oversee the management of the appointment calendar, optimizing schedule and maximizing bookings.
• Support a team of hair stylists and beauty technicians.
• Sell hair packages/memberships and beauty products.
• Maintain a superior guest experience—professional, friendly, and tactful.
• Diffuse tense situations to turn a good experience into a great one.
• Perform opening and closing cleaning tasks to keep a squeaky‑clean salon environment.
• Use scheduling/booking software to manage appointments.

• Ability to work weekend hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and be flexible with peak hours.
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better.
• Prior salon experience and scheduling software experience an asset.
• Attention to cleanliness and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer.

• Hourly wage (varies).
• Commission on retail/package sales and service add‑ons.
