New Patterns ABA VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for in-home and community-based therapy in Virginia. You will assess clients, develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs and caregivers to ensure effective treatment.
We offer competitive pay ($50-$80 per hour), flexible scheduling, PTO, paid vacation for salaried staff, and ongoing training opportunities as we grow this new service area.
