We’re currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team serving Franklin, VA 23851 and surrounding communities.

Whether you’re an experienced RBT or looking to continue building your career in the ABA field, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children in home, school, daycare, and community settings. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you’ll help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that increase independence and improve quality of life.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, daycare, and community environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document client data accurately during therapy sessions
• Support skill acquisition and behavior-reduction goals
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and clinical supervisors to promote client success
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Encourage independence, communication, and confidence through evidence-based interventions

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
• Experience working with children or ABA therapy is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local service area
• Positive attitude and passion for helping children reach their full potential
