Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in the comfort of our clients' homes. As an RBT at New Patterns ABA, you will work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
About the Role:- Implement ABA programs in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients and their families
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions regularly
- Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
- Active RBT certification (BACB) required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
