We are seeking a PRN Outpatient Substance Use LE/ Licensed Clinician

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clinical Services and Group Facilitation

• Facilitate structured outpatient substance use treatment groups for individuals referred by District 42 Probation & Parole.
• Provide in-person and virtual group treatment at least twice weekly, or as needed based on program requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), relapse prevention, and psychoeducation.
• Address substance use, recovery maintenance, emotional regulation, decision‑making, life skills, and behavioral change.
• Promote a therapeutic environment that encourages accountability, participation, and mutual support.
• Provide individual clinical interventions when clinically indicated and authorized under program requirements.

2. Treatment Planning and Clinical Documentation

• Develop, review, and update Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and ISP Service Reviews (ISP-SRs) in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within WTCSB's electronic health record, Credible.
• Document group participation, clinical interventions, individual progress, and treatment recommendations.
• Complete required clinical assessments, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other program documentation as assigned.
• Ensure documentation meets WTCSB, contractual, regulatory, and applicable payer standards.
• Collaborate with District 42 Probation & Parole staff regarding participant engagement, treatment progress, attendance, and completion of services.
• Communicate treatment concerns, nonattendance, and other relevant information in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable confidentiality laws.
• Participate in treatment coordination and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Support participants in identifying recovery resources and developing sustainable community support systems.

4. Program Participation and Compliance

• Attend relevant program meetings, clinical supervision, and required agency training.
• Maintain knowledge of WTCSB policies, clinical documentation standards, and applicable substance use treatment regulations.
• Complete required documentation within established agency timelines.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards when working with justice‑involved populations.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Administrator and other treatment team members to support program operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related clinical field from an accredited institution.
