Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hire Care Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Behavioral Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs throughout Franklin, VA and surrounding communities.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT), you'll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA

• Provide direct behavioral therapy services in home and community settings

• Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills

• Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies and positive reinforcement techniques

• Collect and record accurate session data

• Complete session notes and required documentation in a timely manner

• Collaborate with supervising clinicians regarding client progress

• Build positive and professional relationships with clients and caregivers

• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards

• High School Diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Ability to travel to client sessions within the service area

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Experience working with children

• Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, childcare, education, caregiving, or related fields

Candidates without an active RBT certification are encouraged to apply. Training and support may be available for qualified applicants interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• Afternoon and after-school hours available

• Monday-Friday schedules

• Optional weekend opportunities based on client needs

• 15-30+ hours per week depending on availability and case assignment

• Monday-Friday afternoon and evening availability preferred

• Consistent weekly schedule encouraged

• Ability to commit to ongoing client sessions

Cases are assigned based on client needs and technician availability throughout Franklin, VA and nearby communities.

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Compensation is based on certification status, experience, availability, and case assignment.
