• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and ensuring bathrooms and guest rooms are spotless.
• Change linens, replenish towels, toothbrushes, soap, and other room amenities.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance or replenishment needs.
• Assist guests with requested items, information, or special accommodations.
• Maintain a positive, courteous attitude toward guests and coworkers at all times.
• Work as part of a 7‑day a week team; weekend work may be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum 2 years of secondary education).
• No prior housekeeping experience required; experience considered an asset.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, lift, and push necessary equipment, with intermittent loads of 25–35 pounds.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service‑oriented demeanor.
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of a hospitality schedule.
