• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
• Supervise the training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee the management of new and used vehicle operations

• Strong organizational and excellent written and verbal communication skills
