The Village at Woods Edge is seeking an experienced, dependable, and service-oriented Assistant Director of Environmental Services to support the Director in overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, safety, and facility operations within our senior living community.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 3+ years of related experience in maintenance, facilities, environmental services, or a similar field
- Supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or long-term care
- Valid Virginia driver's license with acceptable driving record
