Franklin
Temporary and Temporary – hire
Hours: 1st and second shift
Days: 12 hour shifts Call for more information
Our Franklin client is seeking full time, motivated individuals to work in their steel structure fabricating company. This position offers stability, long-term work and direct hire opportunities.
Job Description:
Employees will either work at the end of the paint line racking parts or in the packaging/palletizing department in which groups of people work together to prepare the steel frames for shipment.
Motivated individuals will need the following skills:
- This is an entry level job. All training is done on site.
- Ability to meet quantity deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Ability to take direction
- Adhere to all safety requirements as dictated by client
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
Safety Equipment: STEEL TOE SHOES are required by the employee. Earplugs and safety glass are always required and THEY ARE PROVIDED ON SITE.
