Responsibilities- Create, modify and verify CNC machine programs for products to be manufactured.
- Create, modify and verify 3D Solid Models of products to be manufactured for programming and inspection use.
- Work in cross‑functional teams in supporting roles in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Create, modify and verify technical drawings and documentation related to in‑process manufacturing processes, tooling and fixturing.
- Ensure ISO compliance for all processes related to manufacture of a product.
- Interface with shop floor, sales and customer to determine product specifications and maximize reliability and acceptance.
- Follow the manufacturing process of new products to ensure they are on schedule and delivery dates are met.
- Implement revision changes of a product and ensure that all necessary documentation and tools such as fixtures, CNC programs, drawings, etc. are updated.
- Provide hands‑on production support at a moderate‑skilled level related to manufacturing processes, machining best practices, set‑up and inspection techniques.
- High School diploma/GED.
- A two‑year degree or certification in manufacturing/machining technology preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reading, writing or interpreting CNC programs.
- Experience with Okuma format desired.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with a strong background in precision machining (milling, turning, drilling).
- Experience with high performance materials such as molybdenum or tungsten is a plus.
- Entry‑level knowledge of CAD/CAM software is required.
- Experience with Siemens Nx preferred.
- Basic understanding of MRP functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience using SAP desired.
- Strong configuration management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

Base compensation for this position is between $31–$37 per hour, commensurate with skill and experience level.
