Clinical Manager; RN

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Meadville, PA Adult Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role involves working directly with clients in the home and leading clinical staff.

• Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Meadville, PA and surrounding areas.
• Develop and oversee care plans.
• Supervise clinical staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred.
