We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager for The Village's Back Porch & Grille to lead daily operations, insprie our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
