Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver Every Guest Every Time. General Managers exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. With paid training, we provide the tools to embrace and take ownership of your store. You will develop your Assistant General Manager and help them learn what it means to lead at Victra.

You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day‑to‑day activities of the entire store staff. You will drive for high‑performance results within a fast‑paced, solutions‑oriented sales environment and focus on optimizing customer and employee experience. You will mentor your Assistant General Manager and complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls.

- Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.

- Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engaging in sales strategy development to showcase our products and services throughout the store.
- Ensuring store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintaining store performance by managing retail inventory compliance.
- Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
- Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Owning store success and taking responsibility for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
- Handling guest escalations with timely resolutions.
- Communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow up.
- Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring guests receive a complete solution to meet current and future needs.

CompensationPay will include a base rate of $18.77 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

You Will Need To Have- 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
- Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift ten pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
