Location/Address: 1530 N. Morton Ave., Franklin, IN 46131

• Cashier: Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer and follows all cash handling procedures and protocols. Provides general information about Goodwill programs to educate customers and answers questions. Directs all higher‑level questions to the appropriate associate or manager. Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Textiles or Wares Producer: Sorts product to identify quality and value, checks for defects, properly bars and tags items, and hangs textiles or wares. Produces 100 items per hour for wares / 85 items per hour for textiles, adhering to Goodwill’s pricing standards, and updates the daily production tracking sheet. Uses pallet jack and conveyor belt.
• Donation Door Attendant: Accepts donations, maintains a clean donation door, sorts products and distributes them to appropriate areas, keeps the backroom organized, loads and unloads trucks, and uses heavy equipment including pallet jack, double stacker, floor scrubber, and hydraulic lift.
• eCommerce Producer: Identifies and secures items for Click Goodwill, monitors market value, tags items, secures items in totes, packs, wraps, and ships totes, maintaining the store budget regarding totes shipped per week.
• e-Books Producer: Scans books, decides distribution to Click Goodwill or store display, prints inventory sheets, packs and ships totes, identifies top sellers, and manages an organized in‑store display.
• Rack and Cart Runner: Checks racks/carts for quality and value, sizes, merchandises, purges the sales floor, cleans and stocks shelves, runs one textile rack/wares cart per 15 minutes, and updates the daily production tracking sheet.
