Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Franklin, VA
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and overseeing selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise employees in the Store Manager's absence and assist in interviewing, training, and evaluating staff;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments;
Ensure quality customer service and protect company assets and financial information by maintaining internal controls;
Produce general administrative duties and communicate inventory movement and customer trends to the Store Manager
