Job SummarySell the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative selling approach and provide technical solutions and operational expertise, focusing on the sale of preventative maintenance HVAC agreements. Execute the sales process to cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within an assigned geographic area and achieve profitable growth and volume goals across all Facility Services offerings.
Responsibilities- Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities in the assigned region.
- Deliver consultative presentations and proposals to facility owners and managers.
- Maintain knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry and stay current on market trends.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and company‑specific applications to manage sales activities and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Minimum of three years of progressive field sales experience with at least one year successfully selling similar services or projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and volume goals.
- Strong client‑relations skills and a consultative selling style.
- In‑depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and use company‑specific applications and software.
- LEED Certification preferred, but not required.
