This role is focused on developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch initiatives directed by the Manager, processes customer transaction requests consistently, and identifies opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. Adherence to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and core values is required. The position may involve working at various locations within the market.
Responsibilities- Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
- Make appropriate recommendations for the sale and cross‑selling of bank products and services.
- Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Use FNB‑approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Manage the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks per established policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Serve as a risk manager for the business by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and job‑related software: MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), MS PowerPoint (basic).
- Experience in a related position.
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services.
- Sales and customer service skills.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred, but will be required.
