Hotel Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Under general direction, works closely with the sales and hotel leadership to promote and sell guest rooms and meeting facilities by following Drury United processes and procedures in order to build hotel occupancy, ADR and maximize RevPAR. The role focuses on inside sales, coordinating meeting room details, handling inquiries, proactive sales calls, and maintaining client relationships. Position may include travel for sales blitzes, trade shows, and other promotional opportunities.

Must present a high standard of integrity, service and hospitality at all times.

• Coordinate meeting room details and manage booking logistics.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and conduct proactive sales calls for new business.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Assist with sales blitzes, trade shows, and promotional events as required.
• Adhere to Drury United processes and procedures for sales and revenue management.

• Intermediate knowledge of sales techniques and professional business practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate an automobile on occasion to conduct sales activities outside of hotel.
