Mars is seeking a Product Formulation Scientist to safeguard our C&T pet nutrition portfolio. You will reformulate recipes, troubleshoot production, and support NSQs and resilience initiatives to ensure safety, legality, and compliant finished products across the PNNA network.
You will drive quarterly recipe optimization, participate in Value Leadership and Climate projects, and collaborate with Supply & Commercial to maintain shelf life and nutritional compliance through continuous improvement.
