Trillium Construction is seeking Journeyman Millwrights with paper mill experience for a 10- to 12-day shutdown in Franklin, Virginia.

Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Pay: $34.00/hour
- Per Diem: $120/day
- Duration: 10–12 days
Work will primarily involve equipment change-outs on the feed side of the mill, including outlet devices, high-pressure and low-pressure feeders, airlock screws, and other mechanical equipment.
Bus transportation will be provided from a designated parking area.
Mileage is paid for travel over 50 miles from the employee’s driver’s license address.
- Journeyman-level Millwright experience
- Previous paper mill experience required
- Experience with heavy equipment change-outs and industrial millwright work
- Must be comfortable working with heavy industrial equipment in a shutdown environment
- Must wear required PPE at all times
- Must be available to work the full 10- to 12-day night-shift shutdown
