We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Expediting Clerk in our Franklin, Wisconsin location. This position is represented by L2150.

Principal duties of the Expediting Clerk include:

• Performing various types of clerical functions in support of electric and/or gas construction and the day-to-day operation of a service center
• Setting up and maintaining files for construction jobs
• Responding to customer and contractor inquiries
• Construction order processing
• Receiving and processing locate requests
• Clearing contingencies, investigating reasons for contingencies not being met and taking steps to resolve problems
• Verifying and maintaining records
• Providing support to the job owners and/or Designers
• Processing invoices and purchase orders
• Preparing correspondence and reports and various other general office duties

Minimum qualifications:

• The applicant must comply with DOT Part 199 pipeline drug and alcohol testing requirements
• This position may require unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation

Pay range: $23.86 - $39.65
