Commercial Roofing Project Manager

A well known commercial roofing contractor based in the upper Midwest are looking to expand on their Wisconsin location and are looking for a field superintendent to oversee projects and oversee commercial and industrial projects across Wisconsin and the surrounding states.

The company are best known for large scale commercial and industrial projects and have work all over the East coast and Midwest with immediate plans to strategically expand. Their current need is for highly experienced commercial roofing project managers and superintendents who have extensive field leadership experience to join them and help them tackle some exciting projects they have lined up for this year.

This role comes with a lot of growth potential and opportunity to progress through the business as the company continues to grow and you'll be part of a tight knit team who have been well established in the market for several years.

This is an ideal opportunity for a PM or Assistant PM who is looking to take a step forward and work on some big projects with a successful company who are growing significantly.

• Lead commercial and financial management of roofing projects to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and change orders with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, labor, and expenses daily to ensure financial performance targets are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and material procurement strategies.
• Review project designs, specifications, and contracts to identify risks and ensure project readiness.
• Provide on-site leadership, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Conduct quality inspections and technical oversight to ensure work meets company, client, and industry standards.
• Champion health, safety, and regulatory compliance, enforcing site safety procedures and building code requirements.

• Proven experience managing projects for commercial or industrial clients.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing and construction practices, safety procedures, and onsite operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work safely in varying environmental and weather conditions, including safe ladder use.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between project sites as required.
• (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Field Supervisor.
• $80,000 - $100,000 (depends on experience)
