What You’ll Do:
- Review project plans, proposals, and site logistics plans
- Assist in developing project schedules, milestones, and critical path timelines
- Maintain accurate as‑built construction documents onsite
- Support the Superintendent in monitoring subcontractor progress and efficiency
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up reports
- Lead site walk‑throughs with owners, architects, and inspectors
- Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, samples, time sheets, and punch lists
- Assist with tracking project costs, cost codes, and potential change orders
- Support the site‑specific safety plan and maintain jobsite cleanliness
- Coordinate material purchases and ensure permits/inspections are completed
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of construction‑related work or internship experience preferred
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills;
Microsoft Project experience a plus - Ability to read drawings, interpret codes, and understand building design phases
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and/or BIM a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
