Genesis
10 is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a 6-month contract position with a client located in Franklin, WI. This role is 100% onsite and has 8 open positions. Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.

Summary

The Client Support Specialist will support clients and field members—primarily through call center operations—by resolving inquiries related to the consumer website and mobile app. This role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience, resolving issues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients and field members with issues related to login, registration, password resets, navigation, and general content on the consumer website and mobile app.
  • Deliver a distinctive and efficient client experience through each interaction.
  • Provide effective solutions to inquiries, taking ownership of calls and addressing potential future issues to reduce repeat calls and unnecessary transfers.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate for Financial Representatives and partner with them to meet client needs.
  • Educate clients and Financial Representatives on website functionality and self-service tools.
  • Build professional relationships with clients to improve brand engagement and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate skill in de-escalating client concerns and resolving service challenges.
  • Achieve productivity and quality goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Handle phone support and transactional responsibilities while maintaining strict confidentiality of personal information.
  • Multi-task effectively between phone duties and follow-up casework with high accuracy.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Research and evaluate solutions using available tools and resources.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Adjust work priorities as needed to support business demands and client needs.
  • Advocate for improvements and propose viable solutions or alternatives.
  • Perform accurate and efficient keyboarding and computer tasks.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer support experience, ideally in a call center or client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate digital platforms, websites, and mobile applications.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and typing.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
    10 employees will be considered for this position.
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis
    10 (no corp to corp).
