Job Summary

Part‑time (25 hours) Client Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank. Build relationships with customers through multiple channels, provide counsel, support deposit and loan products, and drive digital‑first solutions.

• Engage customers in‑person, by appointment, and virtually to assess banking needs.
• Gather and process customer and account information, ensuring accuracy.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and recommend solutions that fit their goals.
• Proactively outreach, follow up, and maintain client relationships.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
• Leverage digital tools and self‑service technologies to enhance client experience.
• Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver optimal service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail banking experience or comparable training.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engaging and communicating with clients.
• Basic knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, and support systems.
• Knowledge of NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and RegulationZ; subject to background and credit checks.

• Experience building client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Comfort with digital products and self‑service technologies.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
