ROC Ventures is hiring Guest Service associates for Frost Fest 2026 in Franklin, WI. You will serve at the front gate and box office during peak event times, handling customer service, ticket scanning, and wrist banding.
Hours run primarily 3:30pm-9:30pm, Thursday through Sunday from November 19 through December 27, with the full holiday week adding daily operations. Thanksgiving and Christmas days are closed. Pay is $12 per hour. Interested candidates should apply to join our team.
