ROC Ventures, LLC is hiring Guest Service associates for Frost Fest 2026 in Franklin, WI. You will work at the front gate and box office, performing customer service, scanning and selling tickets, wrist-banding patrons, and helping visitors with directions.
Shifts run Thursday through Sunday 3:30pm–9:30pm, November 19 through December 27, with daily operations the week of Christmas. The role is seasonal and pays $12 per hour, with occasional schedule variations.
