Description

Deliver a Distinctive Client Experience Optimally resolves questions and inquiries from Financial Representatives and clients. Takes ownership of calls and proactively anticipates future issues to reduce repeat calls and unnecessary transfers. Serves as a trusted advocate for Financial Representatives, partnering with them to meet client needs. Educates clients and Financial Representatives on website functionality and self-service tools. Builds professional relationships with clients to strengthen brand loyalty and client satisfaction.

Demonstrates strong de-escalation skills when addressing service concerns. Meets efficiency standards and performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer service. Handles phone and transactional responsibilities while appropriately managing confidential and sensitive information. Effectively multitasks between phone support and casework/transactional duties while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Works independently and collaboratively to identify opportunities for process improvement. Researches issues and evaluates solutions using available resources and tools.

Manages casework in accordance with established service and efficiency standards. Consistently adheres to confidentiality, privacy, and compliance requirements. Embraces change and supports a culture of continuous improvement. Demonstrates flexibility in shifting priorities to meet evolving business and customer needs. Identifies improvement opportunities and advocates for practical solutions and alternative approaches.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
