Investment Client Services Analyst – Asset Movement

• Support field partners and clients with management and movement of retirement and investment accounts
• Answer asset movement questions and provide servicing options in a call center environment
• Assist with asset movement transaction procedures and services
• Resolve basic and intermediate inquiries and transactions from Financial Representatives and clients
• Investigate and evaluate solutions to complex asset movement inquiries and identify root causes
• Take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to prevent repeat calls and unnecessary transfers
• De-escalate complex and unique inquiries while ensuring a positive client experience
• Advocate for Financial Representatives and partner with them to meet client asset movement needs
• Adopt new asset movement technology and educate field partners about website and self-service capabilities
• Understand risks and impacts of asset movement transactions on clients and accounts
• Connect asset movement systems, processes, and outcomes to ensure seamless transfers and transactions
• Handle phone and transactional responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and privacy
• Shift work priorities to meet changing business needs

• Associate's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably focused on asset movement, related transactions, or financial services
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex asset movement processes and resolve client inquiries
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and caseloads accurately
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Desire to continuously learn asset movement processes and improve performance
• Computer experience and solid keyboarding skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
