School-Based Physical Therapist - Franklin, Wisconsin

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school-based environments
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with educational staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support students academic and functional goals
• Professional, flexible, and organized, with a commitment to student development
• Previous onboarding a plus, enabling a prompt start

• Assess students to determine therapy needs and appropriate interventions
• Design and deliver school-based physical therapy services tailored to each students IEP
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to foster an inclusive environment
• Document all progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with state and school regulations
• Provide consultative support and training for classroom staff on mobility and accessibility techniques
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and planning sessions
