Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager specializing in Aseptic Systems. This role involves managing aftermarket projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through close engagement, and applying safety standards. The Project Manager will serve as the direct point of contact for customers, leading technical clarifications and coordinating project execution.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the direct interface to customers for aftermarket inquiries and project-related tasks.
* Develop and maintain close relationships with LCS Sales & Customers to enhance satisfaction.
* Manage complex customer projects through interaction with stakeholders such as Sales, Order Management, Engineering, and Customer.
* Clarify complex incoming customer inquiries and consult with others for onsite clarification as needed.
* Coordinate commercial, economical, and technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
* Ensure close communication with technical departments, line specialists, and subject matter experts.
* Prepare final quotations and discuss estimated field execution schedules with customers.
* Manage the entire order processing from intake to installation, commissioning, handover, and acceptance.
* Coordinate technical and process aspects involving different supply centers or third-party suppliers/OEMs.
* Document project handover and acceptance, ensuring performance tests are completed and signed.
* Handle project-related claims and ensure the final payment is secured.
* Own the budget and schedule for processing orders.
* Act as the primary contact for all project-related tasks and issues.
* Lead Service Level Agreements and maintenance activities.
* Prepare service labor quotes and technical requests.
* Plan and execute SAT, manage OH issues and results, and drive customer satisfaction.
* Manage planned and unplanned service events and customer interactions.
* Attend group calls and lead customer needs with personal ownership.
* Provide clear communication and direction to field service personnel for regional service issues.
Essential Skills
* Project management experience, particularly in Aseptic Systems.
* Strong skills in project coordination.
* Experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
* Ability to clarify complex customer inquiries and consult with stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead customer communications.
Additional
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in coordinating technical and process solutions with multiple supply centers.
* Capability to prepare service labor quotes and manage maintenance activities.
Work Environment
The Project Manager will engage with customers in-person, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through personal ownership. The role involves regular communication with technical departments and field service personnel, and requires attendance at group meetings to drive outcomes. Dress code is professional to maintain a high standard of customer interaction.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
10 Paid Holidays 2 Floating Holidays Vacation Days used in 4 or 8 increments
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Franklin,WI.
