Overview
They should have strong experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma, and hands-on process development across assembly environments. Think tooling, fixtures, equipment, and real-world problem solving. Keywords to focus on would be lean, six sigma, process improvement, NPI, PFMEA, control plans, root cause, assembly, tooling, fixtures, and ERP or SAP.
Responsibilities- Lead process improvement initiatives across assembly environments using lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and develop processes for new products.
- Investigate and resolve root-cause issues with hands-on problem solving, working with tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma, and hands-on process development across assembly environments.
- Mechanical aptitude with tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, control plans, root-cause analysis, and ERP or SAP.
