Compensation Information: $19.42 - $21.58 / hour

Department (Org): Administration

• Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and forms.
• Ensure the clinic and dental rooms are stocked and ready for use.
• Answer phone calls and arrange for needed supplies or repairs.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and tracking medical records and appointments.
• Perform other duties as required, including duplicating materials, taking off orders, distributing mail and packages, and monitoring general e‑mail correspondence.

Education

• High school diploma or G.E.D.

Experience

• Minimum of one year in a health care setting with medical terminology training. Computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Word along with good organizational and communication skills.

1.0 FTE, Monday‑Friday Evening Shift 14:00‑23:30, no weekends or holidays.
