Overview
Brenwood Park Assisted Living is seeking a First Shift (6am-2pm) Part Time Caregiver who wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community. We are guided by our CAPLICO Core Values:

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. The role encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
Critical Success Factors- Exhibits a positive customer‑service attitude, approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
- Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
- Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work‑related problems with the proper individuals.
- Communicates effectively, including careful listening, sensitivity to other people’s thoughts and feelings, thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
- Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
- Must present with a neat, clean appearance.
- Participates in designated facility in‑services and helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
- Prior direct care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
