  Certification in BLS, advanced CT certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Wisconsin state license; GE scanner and EPIC system experience; ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed; submission of professional resumes, license/certification verification, drivers license or state , professional profile, and two professional references
• Additional Information:
  No call, weekends, or holidays required; holidays rotate with regular staff; schedule entails three consecutive weekdays; may be required to float within skill set or to nearby sites as needed; documentation submissions are necessary for application
