Strong scrub experience with cardiac and EP cases, experience with monitoring cases, travel experience.

Ability to pan, EPIC proficiency.

License/Certificate Verification.

- Professional Requirements:
Ascension Profile, 2 Professional References, Skills Checklist, Criminal Background Check Results, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification.

- Health and Safety: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap, 11 Panel Drug Screen.

- Other:
Ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed, Driver's License/State , Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding.
