Yaskawa is searching for a Manager, Facilities & Office Services to direct plan, coordinate and implement corporate facility projects and activities. This role will be responsible for corporate facility long range as well as short range process, planning and implementation of facility plans within budgets and schedules. In this position you will direct and coordinate the administration of facility operations and services for YAI’s office, distribution, lab, and manufacturing operations, including: space planning/utilization, capital expenditures, business interruption plan, YEC sustainment program, commercial insurance (workers compensation;

property; general liability; cargo; fiduciary liability; employment practices liability; directors and officers/management liability; crime/kidnap and ransom), maintenance, housekeeping, office supply purchasing, travel, food service, OSHA compliance, corporate contributions, safety, move management, security, mail distribution, and related duties as required.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical area and a minimum of six years of job related experience with a distinct focus on meeting internal and external customer needs.

This role will be based at the Franklin, WI location but requires travel to the Waukegan, IL & Buffalo Grove, IL facilities on a regular basis.
