Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Receiving Focus

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00am-6:00pm

Do you like staying busy, working with your hands, and keeping things organized? Custom Fabricating & Supplies is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk with a strong focus on receiving operations to support our growing team.

• Receive, offload, and verify incoming materials against packing slips
• Accurately count, inspect, and document incoming products
• Move received materials to proper warehouse locations
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material‑handling equipment
• Work closely with Operations and Machine Operators to support production timelines
• Assist with order processing and shipping as needed
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and compliance with quality procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
