Job Position

Estimator/Quoting for Fabrication Job Shop – CNC machining, welding, forming, assembly and prototype company.

Oak Creek, WI area.

• Use job orders, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Work with prints, in‑house design and engineering teams to cost materials, labor and finished products.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other documentation at regular intervals throughout the project.
• Review material and labor requirements to determine whether producing or purchasing components is more cost‑effective.
• Use estimates to support management in planning, organizing and scheduling work.
• Provide customer service and inside sales support.

• 2–3 years of estimating experience in metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of machine tools, weldments, steel fabrication and fit‑up work.
• Experience with medium to heavy gauge work (station design, food equipment, platforms, stairs, ladders, conveyor systems, etc.).
• Strong people skills and ability to work with customers.
