About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at the Franklin facility. This position plays a critical role in assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring product quality and consistency. If you have at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Skills:
- Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger assembly.
- Forklift or material handling certification.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
