You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with regulatory teams, and applying lean manufacturing principles. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Process Engineering along with 5+ years of experience. This role is fully onsite in Franklin, Wisconsin with a competitive salary range of $83,000 – $103,000 annually.
