Hirebridge is seeking a Value Stream Manager in Franklin, WI to oversee the Aluminum Production value stream, ensuring targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost are met. You will lead cross-functional teams, applying Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and coaching team members.
The ideal candidate has a background in manufacturing leadership, with strong knowledge in aluminum processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required, along with Lean/Six Sigma experience.
