Sheeter/Cutter Operator – Front‑Line Production

• 5 PM–5 AM, Sunday–Tuesday – $3.00 shift premium
• 5 PM–5 AM, Wednesday–Friday – $3.00 shift premium

Work shift:

12‑hour night shift; overtime and weekend work may be required.

• Set‑up and operate precision cutter to shape rolls of paper stock into sheets.
• Ensure order accuracy and completeness during the production run.
• Follow pre‑production, make‑ready, and production‑run instructions.
• Perform cross‑training as assigned.
• Use hand tools, powered equipment, lifting devices, and scanning/bar‑code readers as needed.

• Previous sheeter (roll‑tender) experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read metric measurements.
• Basic English reading, speaking, and understanding.
• Familiarity with machines, tools, and maintenance practices.
• Computer proficiency.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of the U.S. dating system.
• Knowledge of Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out procedures.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and handle routine decision making.
• Eye‑hand coordination for setting up and monitoring rollers in narrow spaces.
• Capacity to lift 10–15 lb continuously and 50 lb occasionally; stand long hours, use hands and wrists in continuous motion, and identify defects visually.
• Pass a color vision test.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.

• Machine repair and maintenance experience.
• Raw material inventory management experience.

Base rate: $17.50–$19.50 per hour (or higher for experienced roll‑tender). Pay varies with education, skills, experience, shift, and location. Shift differentials and overtime may apply.
