Are you a CNC Machinist looking for a high‑mix environment where you can do real setups, troubleshoot, and work on a variety of parts, not just run the same production job all day?
We’re currently hiring CNC Machinists (Level 1 & Level
2) to join a growing manufacturing team.
You’ll work in a job shop environment producing a wide range of precision components, with a strong focus on setup, problem‑solving, and machining ownership.
- Work with 2, 3, and 5‑axis CNC machines
- Perform 3–7 setups per day in a high‑mix environment
- Edit and adjust programs (Mazatrol + G/M code)
- Adjust feeds, speeds, offsets, and machining cycles
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes
- Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements
- $23–$38/hr (based on experience)
- Overtime available (not mandatory)
All hires start on 1st shift for training (1–6 months depending on progress), then move to:
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes)
- Strong setup experience
- Comfortable with multiple setups per day
- Ability to edit programs (Mazatrol / G‑code)
- Experience in high‑mix environments is a plus
