• Supervise up to 15 team members
• Attend and participate in scheduled weekly meetings
• Work alongside production support and/or engineering teams for the required technical support including but not limited to drawings, work travelers, planning, etc
• Coordinating material requests with the purchasing department to ensure materials are readily available
• Overseeing the production inspection processes to ensure quality standards
• Partnering with the quality department to ensure quality standards are met, including raising non‑compliance reports for defective/damaged parts. Participating in rectifying snags and ensuring quality alerts have been communicated to other team members
• Enhancing production efficiencies by streamlining processes and implementing best practices
• Reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layouts
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities, ensuring seamless transitions between tasks without compromising deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for successful project completion, strengthening interdepartmental relationships
• Properly fill out quality checks upon the completion of the unit
• Ensure that all welded areas are cleaned and painted
• Ensure high‑quality skids with zero material waste
• The process entails drilling, caulking and painting the c‑channel
• Ensuring safety procedures are being followed including conducting tool box meetings and raising concerns to the safety team
• Ensure that safe working procedures are being followed at all times
• Other duties as assigned by a member of management

• Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance with quality and quantity standards and to perform the mental, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner
• Must have Modine issued forklift license

Physical requirements of the job are the ability to:

• Lift 50 pounds without assistance
• Stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours
• Reach over shoulders/head
• Bend at waist/knees
• Twist at shoulders/waist
