- Electrical Testing in Franklin, WI.
- Work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity, and must meet requirements within time constraints
- Run and process all units through test and assembly cells, a fast-paced multi-station process
- Ensure smooth operations and support the diverse team that works to keep the lights on around the world
- Assemble and test products based on the documentation including bills of material, blueprints, and any change notices provided by the engineering staff
- Complete testing at timing stations and run switch through 4 operations stations
- Complete mechanical work including disconnect assemblies
- 2 years of experience in electronic assembly and wiring with 5KV
- High school diploma or GED - 2-year technical degree preferred
- Electrical or mechanical trade school education may also be considered in lieu of experience
- Experience troubleshooting electrical issues
- High voltage electrical experience is required to run the required test cells
- Demonstrate the ability to work from complex blueprints, wiring drawings, schematic diagrams, and specifications
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues
- Demonstrate experience using and operating machining tools, hand-held tools, wiring equipment, wrenches, torque tools, and other tools
- Must follow all company safety standards
- All tasks are performed in a standing position with intermittent walking
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items ranging in weight from 5-50 pounds
- Continuous handling of parts ranging in weight from 5-50 pounds
- Continuous full range of motion from above the shoulders to below the knees
- Occasional walking moderate distances (less than 1/8 mile) - Occasional pushing of motorized material handling carts with loaded weights up to 1000 pounds
- Occasional pulling of motorized material handling carts with loaded weights up to 1000 pounds
- Frequent bending and crouching to safely lift parts of various sizes and shapes
