What You'll Be DoingAssemble electrical drives, transformers, and industrial equipment
Perform electrical wiring and component installation
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Complete mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
Perform basic soldering and electronic assembly tasks
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Work as part of a small team to meet production goals
Follow safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process
What We're Looking For2+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience with the same employer
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or electrical diagrams
Electrical wiring and assembly experience
Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing
Basic soldering skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred ExperienceMedium Voltage Equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.10 - $20.10/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
