Monday – Friday: 9 PM – 5 AM with $3.00 shift premium.

• Safely maintain the press.
• Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the press.
• Check for proper ink and paper and maintain proper levels of supplies around the press.
• Assist in register and sheet rule‑up.
• Adhere to and follow the plant processes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and keep the press mechanically maintained.
• Some positions will have direct reports.

• At least 2 years of Second press operator experience.
• Experience with Heidelberg 105 or 106 with coater preferred; other makes considered.
• Some perfecting experience.
• Understanding of color.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good eye‑hand coordination when inside the unit while making adjustments.
• Ability to use a computer to ensure product quality.
• Physical ability to lift 10–15 pounds continuously, 70 pounds occasionally, stand long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects.
• Ability to work 8‑hour shifts, including overtime and holidays as required (OT paid over 40 hours per week).
• Must pass a color test.
• Effective communication with clients at Press OKs.
