What You'll Be Doing- Assemble electrical drives, transformers, and industrial equipment
- Perform electrical wiring and component installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Complete mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
- Perform basic soldering and electronic assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Work as part of a small team to meet production goals
- Follow safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process
- 2+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience with the same employer
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or electrical diagrams
- Electrical wiring and assembly experience
- Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing
- Basic soldering skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.10 - $20.10/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
