Electrical Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift

• Assemble electrical drives, transformers, and industrial equipment
• Perform electrical wiring and component installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Complete mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
• Perform basic soldering and electronic assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Work as part of a small team to meet production goals
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process

• 2+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience with the same employer
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or electrical diagrams
• Electrical wiring and assembly experience
• Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing
• Basic soldering skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.10 - $20.10/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
